Membership in Friends of Three Creeks Community Library is open to everyone who agrees with our purpose, which is: 1) to promote a positive working relationship between the citizens of Clark County and the Library; 2) to promote knowledge of and create interest in the function of the Friends group; 3) to support the mission of the FVRL library system; and, 4) to provide leadership and volunteers in support of the services and resources of Three Creeks Community Library.  The only other requirement is the payment of nominal dues, renewable every July 1.

The annual dues structure is:

Students (under age 18)    $1.00
Seniors                                 $3.00
Individuals                            $5.00
Family                                   $7.00
